Amber kicked off the conversation by celebrating the surreal nature of the week—the back-to-back book launches, a Barnes & Noble signing, and the palpable energy of the conference expanding to two full days. What started as a simple collaboration between two like-minded entrepreneurs during the COVID-19 era has blossomed into something much more substantial. As Patricia shared, “We started out as doing this as a project… But then what we found out was the community of authors were coming together and they were building real relationships.” Instead of fading away once a project ended, their group of authors and contributors stayed connected, continuing to support each other’s journeys well beyond the pages of the books.

The Power of Manifestation and Community

Wendi highlighted her journey towards partnership and community building, emphasizing the importance of manifesting and holding space for her vision. Before teaming up with Patricia, Wendi recognized the need to intentionally create community, first in-person and then online. Amber, herself a part of their author cohort, attested to the transformation that occurs by being present in this type of entrepreneurial community. “Once you put the work in just to be present with the community from anywhere, there's really no excuses. You can do this from anywhere. It just started changing me.”

Patricia and Wendi are keenly aware that each founder brings a unique lens, personality, and communication style to the table. Wendi’s own background in corporate pharma underscored this point. “Health before wealth and all the things. Patricia sums up the enduring magic of authorship: “Everybody has a story, everybody has a message, and everybody has an expertise. And writing a book is the way to share that that lives well beyond your lifetime for future generations, or to make a greater impact in the world.”
