Realizing there had to be a better way, Malvina turned to the teachings of visionaries like Albert Einstein and began studying quantum principles. What she discovered radically shifted her perspective: “There is an easier way, more aligned, more fun way to be successful—and also to combine professional journey with personal development.”

At the core of her message is the concept of energy. As she tells Amber, “Energy is the currency in today’s world. We can have all the skills we want, all the education and accolades, but if energetically we’re not vibing with our prospective clients [or] potential partners in a community, we’re not going to attract those juicy and lucrative opportunities.” For Malvina, showing up vibrantly and authentically is just as important as skillset, or strategy.

This approach leads naturally into her work as a quantum coach, where she helps others unlock their “iconic self” and open new portals of abundance and success. For Malvina, beauty and creativity aren’t mere luxuries; they are essential “portals” to prosperity and self-actualization. “The way we see ourselves is the way we show up,” she says, emphasizing the power of embodiment work—actually becoming the version of yourself aligned with your highest potential.
